    About the author

    Meet Zhahla

Zhahla is a student about to graduate from the London Interdisciplinary School. She grew up in Birmingham before moving to London and grew up around Afghan food and culture, intrigued by its love for hospitality and hosting. She later grew up around Pakistani food and culture, learning lots about how to make curries and cooking in large batches.

At university she has enjoyed trying out new foods and being introduced to new recipes. She doesn’t know what is in store for her yet after university but knows she will make a positive impact wherever she goes.
